Job Alchemist Assisted provides human-supported CV review, rewriting, and career document optimisation services. Unlike automated tools, our service involves direct professional intervention to analyse your career history and tailor your documents for your target industry. We focus on enhancing clarity, impact, and professional alignment.

All our services are offered on a fixed-price basis as clearly displayed on our pricing page. To maintain our high standard of dedicated human support, all fees must be paid in full upfront before work commences.

We pride ourselves on a meticulous review process. Our standard delivery time for initial drafts is 7 business days from the date we receive your fully completed intake form and current CV. Business days exclude weekends and New Zealand public holidays.

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our CV Rewrite and Tailored Application packages includes one (1) round of revisions. To qualify for a revision, you must submit your specific feedback within 7 days of receiving your first draft. Revisions are intended to refine existing content, not to pivot to entirely different job targets or industries not mentioned in the initial intake.

To achieve the best results, users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding their work history and education.
• Complete the mandatory intake form in its entirety.
• Respond promptly to requests for clarification from our writing team.

While we provide high-level professional assistance, please note the following:

• No Employment Guarantee: We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific career outcomes. The final success of your job search depends on market conditions and your interview performance.
• Language Standard: All documents are prepared using UK English spelling (e.g., optimised, analyse, programme) as the default professional standard for our global clientele.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Alchemist Assisted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You agree that the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
